DESCRIPTION: Visitors tour a museum which is a non-working factory. The tour guides visitors through the rooms including the production room. A 10 min. film showing the cheese making process is available. Free samples of cheese are available. This sit can be visited in conjunction with a study of the Amish Community. Nearby sites which could be visited are the Anderson Bakery and the Candy Americana Museum.
