Linkages to Learning Family Case Managers conduct family needs assessments and partner with families in accessing the following kinds of supports:
- Income Supports (navigating eligibility process for Temporary Cash Assistance, Food Stamps, emergency housing assistance, etc.)
- Child care and recreational opportunities for children
- Employment
- Food/nutrition
- Clothes
- Furniture
- Transportation
- Interpretation/translation
