Mr. Abrams currently is president of Eagle Management Partners, Inc., and is counsel to the Meyers-Meighan Wealth Management Group. Previously, he was a senior lobbyist for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee. In the federal government, Mr. Abrams has served as deputy counsel for the Committee on Foreign Affairs in the U.S. House of Representatives and as deputy assistant secretary for Food and Consumer Services in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). He also served as associate administrator for USDA’s Office of International Coop-eration and Development and as general counsel for the Inter-American Foundation. Mr. Abrams received a BS degree in economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from American University, and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is married with daughters who graduated from MCPS. |
