Writing to Inform: Women's History
Students in Ms. Bensman's First Grade Class use the Kidspiration program to organize information they collected about famous women to celebrate Women's History Month. Kidspiration is a program that allows students to organize the ideas for their writing.

Theses students collected information about Susan B. Anthony and organized the details using Kidspiration.

With the Kidspiration Program, students can switch between a pictorial organizer (such as the one above) to an outline form. Here, students have organized the ideas to inform the reader about Antonia Novello. Kidspiration allows students to learn the important parts of a basic informational paragraph.
