School Improvement Plan 2009-2010 The job of the school improvement team is to lead the development of a school improvement plan that addresses student achievement needs, to monitor the implementation of the plan, and to revise it when appropriate. The School Improvement Team is comprised of parent representatives, team leaders from every grade level and one representing the specialists staff, the staff MCEA representative, the school administration and the school leadership team.
