A blue dot on the spine of a book indicates that
the book is included in the Accelerated Reader computerized reading assessment
database. Students read the book, then check their reading comprehension
through a computer-generated test. The possible number of points earned
for successful completion of the test varies according to the difficulty
of the book. Full points are awarded only if all questions are answered
correctly. The computer keeps track of the books read and points earned.
Student may print out test results after completing a test.
